Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 01, 2025
Welcome to Content Hive AI (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please review them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Content Hive AI provides fractional content strategy and content creation services, including but not limited to:
- Content planning and strategic direction
- Social media content
- Video content and media production
- SEO-driven written content
- Email and newsletter content
- Brand messaging and documentation
All services are led and delivered by an independent operator (Daniel Ruiz). Ideas, strategy, creative direction, and content frameworks are developed by me. AI tools may assist with drafting or refining copy, but the thinking, decisions, and final voice always come from human expertise. When a project requires advanced design or specialized production, I may collaborate with a trusted third-party professional I’ve worked with before. This support is managed by me to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with your brand.
2. Retainer & Payment Terms
- Services are offered through monthly retainers, based on a fixed number of hours (e.g., 20, 30, or 40 hours per month).
- Hours do not roll over to future months.
- Work begins only after payment is received.
- Invoices are issued monthly and must be paid before work commences for the next cycle.
- If payment is missed, work pauses until payment is completed.
- All payments are non-refundable.
3. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Clients receive full usage rights to all final delivered content, including publishing, advertising, and marketing usage.
- Content Hive AI retains rights to original working files, drafts, and internal templates used during production.
- Clients may not resell deliverables as standalone assets or redistribute underlying source files (e.g., raw files, stock assets, AI models, templates).
- If stock, licensed, or third-party assets are used (e.g., music, images, templates), clients must respect the associated license terms provided by those platforms.
4. Cancellations & Non-Renewal
- Retainers operate on a month-to-month basis.
- Clients may choose not to renew at the end of any 30-day cycle.
- No refunds are issued for unused hours or mid-cycle cancellations.
- If a client is dissatisfied with the service, they may simply choose not to renew the next cycle.
- Each monthly renewal requires an intentional purchase by the client. By renewing, the client confirms satisfaction with all work delivered during the previous cycle, and therefore chargebacks or payment disputes for prior months are not permitted.
5. Limitations of Liability
- Content Hive AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delivered work.
- We do not guarantee specific performance results, revenue outcomes, or marketing growth—content effectiveness depends on many factors outside our control.
- Clients are responsible for final approval and compliance of their published content.
6. Governing Terms & Dispute Handling
To keep things simple and accessible for all clients, we use the following neutral clause:
These Terms are governed by general principles of contract law applicable to independent digital service providers. Any dispute will be handled through good-faith discussion between both parties. If resolution cannot be reached, parties agree to pursue a fair and mutually acceptable resolution method.
7. Modifications to Terms
Content Hive AI may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
